Clients using a Private Health Fund or a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) may be required to pay a gap fee. This amount varies depending on your provider and individual plan.

The type and extent of assessments and reports will depend on your individual needs. Costs are typically discussed and agreed upon with your Speech Pathologist. As a guide, assessments, letters, and reports may be billed at up to $193.99 per hour.

Resources developed to support you in adapting to changes and applying strategies from your therapy sessions are billed at a rate of up to $193.99 per hour.

Please note: You will not be charged for any resources created without your prior consent.

For mobile services, a provider travel fee is applied to all community and home visits to cover travel time and costs.

Our current travel locations include Gympie and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Travel fees are calculated based on the provider’s travel time and distance, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Guidelines (2025–2026).
